Perhaps the most usual reason for stutter is too fast a motion without motion blur. So that would be the first thing to look at -- either decreasing speed or adding motion blur. Kalleheikki Kannisto S

Color calibrators for computer monitors calibrate for PRINT work...and PHOTO work...not video. You'll be hard pressed to get a video accurate image with FCP on a computer monitor. But if you calibrate

Thanks Steve. Yeah I decided to just render through Compresser, batching each folder at a time so I could monitor the progress.

If the clips are not editing codecs FCP works with, then they won't play back thru the monitor via AJA. DNxHD won't, MPEG 4 won't...a whole list. Only those formats found in the EASY SETUPS will. Shan

dont know if it would work for that size but I've done this in the past. try printing it at the 18 inches or smaller then scan it the highest dpi you can then print it again at oh.... 11x17 if it look

If you have Premiere Pro 2.0 and After Effects 7, just select everything in the Premiere Pro sequence, Ctrl-C to copy it, and Ctrl-v to paste it into the comp's timeline. The problem was probably not
