From memory .mts files came from mini dv tape based HDV camcorders. Maybe use 'print to file to render create a file that could be written back to such a camcorder. Not used this feature for a while b

Reading the VP-Pro & DVDA manuals suggests that your chapter markers can be written & read. Vegas Pro14 (ctrl F chapter markers) page 231 gives instructions and implies DVDA imports uses these markers

Is your source material 10bit If not why edit in 32 bit. General consensus is work to match source. Your 2600K processor will handle 8 bit more fluently.

Resetting VP via Ctrl+Shift allowed programme to run normally. Maybe Windows updates upset matters.
