What is the format of your photo in Lightroom If it is RAW, then convert it to JPEG orTIFF and then apply correction to that before exporting a LUT.

My understand is that yes, the AF-100 applies image corrections when shooting video with Lumix lenses. ( same goes for the GH-2 camera )
