Found It! With a little help from Adobe support: the culprit was the latest update from Blackmagic Desktop Video - the drivers for my Decklink card. I downgraded them, and now all is well

They do match... I just drop my videoclip onto the 'make new sequence' button to make sure that everything lines up nicely. The latest sourcefile that had this occuring was an MXF exported from Avid:

Whaaa, I precomped my layer and applied the camera lens blur inside the precomp: IT WORKS! Still don't understand the why, but who cares, it's the endresult that matters.

Thanks for the quick replies, It's a PC-based ComposerAdrenaline 2.0.3, and it's a video-project. I'm also assuming that the problem would be on the Heavyworks-side, but i believe that it used to work
