Yup. For sure. Go directly to the composite suite. Your compositor could use something like Key Correct Pro for AE to get the best possible key. With difficult keys you often have to do multiple passe

You have to connect your monitor to the computer via USB and then put the calibrator into one of the USB ports on your monitor. You can't connect the calibrator to your computer's USB port directly.
