Noobie question. What could cause a ripple in the video?

I am just getting my setup together. Got an HPX 170 today and did a little test shot, interior of our house at night. Using my wife's old G4, successfully got the P2 footage onto and internal 200 2T 7

Wickham, Does that mean that these Panasonics always shoot at 59.94 even though you think specify 60 If so, why does Media 100 even offer a 60 time line; why not just offer 59.94 -Eric

If the 200A is outdated, what camera do you guys recommend I like the idea of P2 format.

I have been out of it so long, my old M100 is a Vincent card. I'd like to jump back in, but none of my old equipment, including the camera, is of much use anymore, so I am starting from the ground up.

Go with the EX3, it rocks! I can't say anything about M100. Haven't used it in 5 years. FCP 6.04 works great with the EX3. Import one hour of footage in 10 minutes. You will need back up for the EX3,
