Copying Layers WITH markers ?

Just selected a(n audio) layer, CTRL+C, select another comp, CTRL+V, layer pasted but the markers are gone. This is very annoying, since the markers are keys to what's on the audio layer. Surely there

My bad: somehow I inadvertently set the comp length to ONE frame (or possibly imported something that way) and of course one frame was not enough to display my layer markers. Sooooo out of practice...

I want to make a building shatter at a specific time in my video (using the shatter plugin). However, when I add the effect, it doesn't seem to give me any options on adjusting the timing. PLEASE HELP

Worst case: SPLIT the layer, and apply the effect to the newly created layer. But there's more than likely somehting to animate: in this case, try animating the FORCE1 Radius from zero to something 0.

IMO the director needs to be slapped: if they want this effect, it can be accomplished a thousand times more easily if properly shot. Very very bad practice. And that's the polite version. 'Fix it in

Square to non-square PAR

If you have one Comp that is using Square Pixels, and embed it in a comp that is using non-square pixels, do you HAVE to add a scaling factor to retain the embedded Comp's aspect ratio, i.e. a circle
