Highlight the project(s). Choose file copy project to new library. Once you've created the new library (it'll only include the used media) open the library pane in the inspector and choose to consolid

I had the same problem before. But it had been solved when I updated resolve to v12.5.1. I can now deliver prores files with original audio track from sony FS7 mxf. I thought it might be some kind bug

Sorry I didn't realize they were in an MXF wrapper. When you said AVCHD I wrongly assumed MTS files which FCP X can read fine from any folder. MXF files are a whole other story. FCP X cannot read MXF
