Is anyone familiar with the 'slug' option from Final cut Pro. Where you could drop a thing called a slug on the timeline and a layer of black would appear over the entire screen, no matter how big it

Has anyone else found a GOOD way to add a stroke to a scaled down, inset video layer in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 I used to use the "clip" effect in older versions... but this was omitted since CS2. Prob

Hi, could anyone advise me on how to get the 'other end of the telephone' conversation effect using audio effects from Premier Pro 1.5. I'd be very grateful for any help on this, many thanks.

There are probably better ways, but a quick and dirty method is to use the EQ (parametric equalizer) effect to cut most of the lower frequencies and maybe the very top frequencies too. Try it and see

Hello, does anyone know if Premiere Pro 1.5 files will work ok in CS4 I've tried searching but can't seem to find much info.

Jay Taylor "Premiere Pro 1.5 files" If by that you mean the Project file then yes, you can open it in CS4. If you experience problems you can also create a new CS4 project and import the 1.5 project
