with lots of track layers, you could arrange your photos, and use 3D track motion to zoom in and around all of your photos. I'm on a tight budge, and don't have any plugins available, so not familiar

Also remember that the "p" implies progressive non-interlaced (1080p, 720p, 480p, etc).
