I don't think you can to it in the timeline as such, but the media pool way of syncing the clips should get what you want, i.e., external audio synced and part of your video file, with a caveat though

My guess is your default 4k timeline was not set to Rec 709. I suggest you check the color space settings on your default timeline. But you also need to go to Photoshop and see what settings you have
