Select the Color palette and click on the foreground color to highlight it. For some unknown reason your background color is highlighted causing this aggravating condition.

I really encourage you to use the x264 encoder, the quality and size is outstanding! It's very easy to install and then just use the "export with quicktime conversion" option and select the x264 codec
