Just an update on this to mark it SOLVED. My friend was able to finally able to get a file to pass the system check that he compressed with Apple Compressor. According to him, you need to set the time

If you're using DV at 720x480, remember to de-interlace and scale back to square pixels for web delivery. You could probably find a copy of VH around the net with a google search or torrent search. It

Yes, I'm aware of that, but it's annoying because it requires you to reach for the mouse and select the "content" checkbox. I wish there were a single keystroke for "Paste Attributes Content". Thanks
