Hey, this is probably an easy one, but my J K and L keys are no longer jogging the playback. J used to make it go backward, L made it go progressively faster forward. Now they don't work. Any ideas

FCP will only allow a one frame dissolve at certain transitions

I put two clips together, control-click for a dissolve and it comes up one frame. I can't lengthen it. Anybody had this problem Much thanks.
