Lately Resolve has been adding lines and strange noise about halfway through a render, regardless of the length of the media. Anybody run into this I re-render and the offending file and that usually

Thanks to everyone who responded. The GPU was replaced by Apple already. Throttling back the render speed to 5 seemed to take care of it for now, but I haven't tried it on 4K or anything too taxing ye

Sorry, but the 3700 doesn't shoot 60fps. It tops out at 30. Bummer, I agree. HPX3700, HPX2000, HVX200

I have the same problem from time to time using P2 formatter for the Mac. I noticed that restarting the computer fixes it for a while. This isn't very helpful if you already have the format error, tho

Unless your camera is colder than the ambient temperature, you'll have no condensation. But all night in your cold car will deplete the batteries, including the internal button battery.

It sounds like you're shooting standard def and you say perhaps the 170 footage was inadvertently shot 4x3. Click the "anamorphic" column in the bin window, which tells FCP to interpret the footage as
