I'm shooting with a JVC GY HM100U using the quickitime file option at top quality 1920 x 1080 60i. I gave some of the files to a client to review and they can't play them in QuickTime or use them in windows movie maker or iMovie. They can get audio but no video. Why can't they use these? Any ideas? I don't want to have to compress/export all that footage. Help!
