After effects Rendering Twice

I don't think I changed any render settings, but it appears that every video in my render cue is rendering twice. Not two different files, just overwriting the first one after rendering the first time

make sure to delete all preexisting renders..even if cancelled or finished...this might help in the future..if that doesnt help then i have no idea.
