They may be set to "Rove Across Time". So if you move the first or last keyframe (which shouldn't be round), the round ones in the middle should adjust to keep the animation the same.

You need to install Premiere CS6 (included with Cloud subscription) in order to get Encore. From Encore you can create the ISO file.

If you set in and out points in the nested sequence, it will only copy and paste what is in between those points. Perfect for copying and pasting select portions of a sequence.

You can convert your footage to another format such as ProRes or DNxHD using Adobe Media Encoder and import the new version into After Effects.
