The MPEG-4 'Simple Studio Profile' standard does support alpha channels as does H.264. You have an easier time tracking down an encoder that supports H.264 alpha than you will finding one that does it

Ok - there's a lot of wrong settings there. (frame size, frame rate, no explicit data rate etc etc) I suggest you start with one of the web presets. It's also worth reading this: http: www.kenstone.ne

I don't see much point in delivering 1080i as 1080p (due to the deinterlace step), you are better off doing it as 720p. YouTube 1080p is there for when your source content is 1080p ___________________

MPEG-1 goes up to 4000x4000 just that most transcoders don't offer that. If you know what you are doing you can try editing the compressor setting itself in TextEdit, it's not that difficult. Find the
