The only two options that come to mind are 1) Record the analog output and add as audio track 2) Rewire (software), which I haven't worked with much, but which at least in theory can combine audio out

Normally, I would work in a 1080 x 1920 comp and then nest it in a 1920 x 1080 comp. The trick -- knowing whiich way to rotate the nested comp. Find that out and you're golden! Dave LaRonde Promotion

I use my Intensity Pro with AE and Premiere. AE only outputs progressive scan. 1080P25 is not a standard and my monitors can't display it. Please add output conversion to your cards. I have no problem

Yep. Never had any problem with CS6, but they've completely re engineered the output module in the latest version.
