Hi. I'm trying to capture DVCPRO HD 1080pA24 over fire wire into Media Composer 5.5 at 23.976fps, but I can't figure out how to get MC to remove the pulldown on the fly. Any ideas Deck: AJ HD 1400 Go

I think there is a checkbox that appears in the Capture tool, however you have to be using Firewire (aka 1394) and not HDSDI to do it.

As far as I know, you can't - but you can strip a grade from an individual shot out of the project (right click and choose show package contents. Go to the # that corresponds for that shot...and copy

Sorry, when I said mark, I didn't mean a digital marker, I meant an audible one (clapper). The cameras were turned on one after the other, so the frames in points aren't synced to the audible marker.

Dave, that sounds like something you'd hear at a news station. I'd say don't ignore it. If you can hook up a laptop to a projector and tweak it live onto the wall or a similar wall, it shouldn't take
