By any chance are you running Magic Bullet and a Blackmagic Card I had this issue recently with a project, had to open Looks separately, and change from CPU to GPU in preferences, which did the trick.

There's not a way to mass change motion attributes unless they are all the same.. so sans baking them all in, you'd need to copy and paste attributes on a clip by clip basis I'm afraid. Jerry
