Drew Jensen "Destination codec - .FLV 320x320 200kbps" On2VP6 I assume rather than Sorenson Spark (both are .flv). Try 2 Pass VBR instead of CBR. That's a very low data rate and extremely small frame

H.264 will not play on many Windows Media Players. If you want it to play universally I would encode in MPEG-1. It's an ancient and bulky format, but It's the only format that works with all versions
