its a string...no special effects at all...the bottle is mostly cropped out of the frame so you cannot see much....this is what you are excited about re creating

There is a simple trick on getting rid of the obligatory background: Set the blend mode to negative multiply. Then you can at least see the font transparent and put a (fixed) transparent bar behind.
