this isn't so much an audition thing as it is an effects process. i'd look at some 3rd party plugins unless you can record pure organic components from scratch and layer them.

you can remove color casts with channel mixer set to color transfer only, lens blur the highlight artifacts together, but there is no information left to recover. all you can do is make it less ugly.

bizarrely speaking, anything above 12 bits is a waste of space as jpeg2000 DCP's encode to 12 bits only. so you aren't getting better quality going higher than that in the media container.
