If you're not shooting raw, native 800 iso will give the largest latitude which is required in contrasty images. You are basically trading grain for latitude and visa versa when moving away from 800.

After Effects doesn't use the GPU for rendering anything except the old ray-traced renderer and a few third-party effects (like Red Giant Universe and Video Copilot's Element 3d). See more info here l
