You can set start time code while importing the XML, but not after as far as I know. Also, as to why it shifted - can't say for sure, but I know Resolve will ignore any empty space before your first c

Tried MPEG Streamclip and everything seems fine. No idea what Compressor was doing to it. I guess I'll just go with MPEG Streamclip from now on.
