Barry, just use google and search for aja system test tool and it will take you to the place... which in turn takes you to the App store to download it chris

Hey Bob, Just a few comments: 1-The R380 as you know has been obsolete quite a while now, can hardly get replacements and so on.......not sure if I would depend on using the R380 anymore....ATTO I am

may be a firewall issue between 10.5.6 system and the 10.5.8 systems.....the odd one is the 10.5.6. Check firewall settings on the 10.5.6 system....it must be blocking ports of non-local networks....
