Instead of using the Mp4 setting, go to Quicktime settings and choose H.264. There you will find the settings you need.

Shane, Compressor does encode Blu-Ray. I do it all the time. You must use Toast or Encore to author and burn, but Compressor will do the encoding.

Dean, How long is your program Your bit-rate is appropriate for a 2-hour program, but if it is shorter than that, you can increase it. If it is under 1 hour, I would try a constant bit-rate of 7 or 7.

My guess is, if you are doing mostly outdoor events, and you shoot in SP mode (HDV) on the EX, you can get away with it. Indoors, such as in a church, I don't think you will get a very good match.

You need to go on the Board of Equalization's website and look up Regulation 1529 (I think I got that right). Corporate and Industrial productions fall under the "Motion Picture Production" category.
