Izotope will almost certainly fix it. For a price. But there's a Hum remover effect in FCPX audio plug-ins, and I would definitely first try using the FCPX parametric EQ and noise reduction plug-ins.

there are transfer modes called 'stencil alpha' and 'silhouette alpha' (near the bottom of the list of modes). try moving your solid above the layers to get cropped, then trying one of those transfer

Use distribute spacing - either horizontal or vertical to space out your objects. If you need them space an exact dimension, make an object with that exact dimension and place that object as a spacer

If you absolutely MUST have a 300 dpi Photoshop document, you're going to have problems if you scale up the images from AE. You might want to look into a plugin from Red Giant Software called Instant
