Hey, One work around to this - convert your objects to splines (select your objects' splines, Mesh Commands Edge to Splines) and then animate at will - you shouldn't have any flickering.

I got the same problem mate. Quite annoying especially since this seems to happen at random, and by starting a new render at the same image file, it works. Strange
