The problem is that if you manually rotate the cogwheels, you'll notice that on the lowest point they would intersect. That collision is whats causing the bounce back with the rotation. You're forcing

use a channel combiner sandwich... add the channel combiner effect to a layer. by default it's set to cover the footage from RGB to HLS (hue, lightness, saturation) and the image looks crazy... duplic

Yes I did, I've actually tried every permutation possible... The file comes out with 4 audio channels...but the third and fourth are muted instead of having the 1 and 2 mirroed.
