by Bryan Wekiva 9 years ago
Several years ago I set up a template that I use every time I create a DVD. Recently I accidentally saved a project over my template. The only issue that I have is that in the project that overwrote m

I've always numbered my chapter markers using numbers. Since a chapter number is automatically placed at the front I always started with 2 and went up from there. So I do have the name box filled out.
Trouble combining 24, 29.97 and 30 fps
by Bryan Wekiva 10 years ago
Using: Vista 64 Premier Pro CS 4 I'm the "video" guy in my firm and have been tasked with creating videos from projects we work on. I believe PP CS4 is more than we need but it's what I've been given.

Thanks for the reply. I've done further investigation which led me to use the Adobe Media Encoder to reexport the clips and now they all play fine. Apparently there are different types of .avi files..

Has anyone used the Logitech NuLOOQ Navigator in Premier Pro?
by Bryan Wekiva 13 years ago
I'd love to find a way to navigate through video a bit quicker easier than using the buttons on the screen. From what I've read the NuLooQ can be used to pan forward and backward in video. Has anyone

I just got this device and it works pretty well. You can't define the sensitivity in terms of duration (ie: 10 seconds or 10 minutes), but overall I am very pleased with the overall performance. Aanar

Error - bit rate in timeline is too high for DVD
by Bryan Wekiva 14 years ago
I am converting my home miniDV tapes to DVD. For each tape I have one hour of digital video that I clean up in Premier Pro and then export as .avi file. I then import this .avi file into Encore DVD 1.

Recreating the AVI file probably won't help. Just for the sake of a test, try putting the AVI into a new Encore project and try to build it from there. Don't worry about fancy menus or chapter points

How are you exporting your video from Premiere Pro My guess is that you're exporting as AVI, and the problem is occurring when Encore transcodes it into MPEG-2 before the burn. This could likely be so

If you have 9 different timelines, then that's exactly what you have. Each timeline is it's own seperate timeline and each starts at chapter 1. You can have the end action of one timeline point to the
