If you use Premiere the PC would be a better bang for the buck. Try to get laptop with a true quad core i7, GTX 1080 and Thunderbolt 3. That should last a good 3 to 4 years. Having said that you might

Change the Colorization Method to "Tints and Shades" instead on "None". Then the color will change with the stroke color setting.

Yes. This is most annoying. All Effects boxes show useless info popups when I'm trying to adjust a parameter. Probably THE most annoying thing about Premier Pro, IMO. Tool tips are turned off in prefs
