Your setting your output to 5.1 so that's all you will get out of Avid. Also under no circumstances should you use 16 bit, 44.1khz Audio. It should always be 24 bit, 48khz, 44.1 is for music not Broad

When you export to ProRes 4444 from Resolve you need to set the Video Output to Full to get the correct Video Levels. Not sure why this has never been addressed by BM but maybe they will in the future

Are you viewing this on your computer monitor. If so Resolve often make things look darker than Avid, Premiere, After Effects or QuickTime. If your on a Mac there is a checkbox in settings to turn off
