I've never had an issue with using a light on a stand. I would make sure it was out of the way so nobody trips on it. Or, get an assistant to hold the light on a monopod or legs folded in on a stand.

No, no such feature as super slow mo with this camera. You can rent Sony's FS100U cam which has this feature up to 640 fps. Or if you have the budget there is always the Phantom at 2000 fps Brent Dunn
