Yeah, that link to helpx.adobe.com is about as useful as udders on a bull. The snapshot button is just to compare 2 frames. You can't save the snapshot - which you should be able to do. If you want to

The HDV setting in the project settings is only for the default capture method. It doesn't mean anything if you're not actually capturing something from tape.

If you are using CS5 then you can drag the media file over the new item icon (at the bottom of the project panel) for a new sequence to be made with matching settings of the media you are using. Saves
