Ahhhh.... Just saw that Lite has the Wind deformer. I'd use that instead of the Bend Deformer. It's much easier to get an organic look and you'll get it done much faster and with more flexibility. Lin

animating kerning / tracking

Hi - how do I animate the spaces between the letters in a word please ... ie letters are all touching then over 2 seconds become spaced wider apart so that there is lots of daylight between them. ---

If you twirl down your text layer you'll see an Animate option just to the right. Select the Tracking option and then keyframe the Tracking Amount to your liking.

In your AE file drop-down menu there's an option called "Collect Files". You can use this to gather all of your current project assets (including the AE file) into one folder on your hard drive.

The "u" key is the shortcut you're looking for. Tapping it once will reveal the keyframed properties. Tapping it twice (rapidly) will reveal any properties that have been modified.

I checked google too, and found nothing. My guess is that the client misheard and will probably be asking for a .tif sequence.
