I tried that a few days ago, and it completely ruined my whole system . Do not do it. I had to do a manual command "R" start to reset my complete computer to a few days before i did this "less than 1

Try this: http: aeroquartet.com I tried it and it worked somewhat, but did not recapture everything i lost. It seems to be hit and miss and this service was expensive for what I got. vidiot

The Sony EX series is a great selection of cameras. The sxs cards are very reliable, and the smaller SD cards do have some reliability problems. Use them only if you can afford to loose your work, or

I accidentally erased all clips on the wrong card in the camera. Using a program called Treasured I recovered some most of the files. The card is not formated completely in the camera. vidiot

I just bought the EX1 and using XDCAM transfer I get a "No IMage Available" when a clip spans 2 drives... What is the protocol for dealing with these such clips thanks!

Hi Ron I am in Maui now. Been thru the security checks many times with the s x s cards in camera or in camera bag and have had no problems at all. BTW weather has been nice too. Bobvidiot

Yes you can use the USB connection on the camera. Takes about 12 minutes to unload a 8GB s x s card. Unfortunatly no way to check for error correction as you can with Clip Browser which is Intel only.
