The cards should be plenty fast for that--even in XAVC-I, the data rate for that format is 300 Mbps, so it *shouldn't* be a write error. But of course, it could be. When you delete data from these car

Then you're stuck with setting up a 16x9 sequence, and scaling up your video to match. You'll lose the top and bottom, but that's no different than if you'd letterboxed it.

There appears to be nothing wrong with it. It's a 720p file, according to the metadata you show--the clip you posted looks like a 720p clip should look, maybe a touch underexposed.
