No, that's not possible. You'll need to make changes manually. Just duplicate the sequence, and then copy-paste the new values from your spreadsheet into whatever title text you've built.

If the pins are moving in 3D space, then a 2D layer with a spherical mask placed in the appropriate location will occlude anything moving behind it in 3D space. Or do what Walter suggested.

Horizons are great for pulling a rotation track off - even without any detail on the horizon. Pre comp your shot with two thin vertical masks on either side of the shot where you have a clean horizon.

No--if you're changing anything about the file, that means re-rendering. Just bring the clip in, replace the audio, and export to a lossless format like ProRes 422.

There appears to be nothing wrong with it. It's a 720p file, according to the metadata you show--the clip you posted looks like a 720p clip should look, maybe a touch underexposed.
