The only downside at the moment seems to be that it's rather picky on codecs. I have PPro CS6 and Edius also on this machine, and though they are old now, it's sometime easier to get a quick edit job

They took it off the shelves, and presumably chucked all the discs into the fiery furnace. The only place FCS3 can be found now is in the murkier areas of the internet, or presumably any market stall

Forgetting about the hardware and upcoming possibilities, in the current world FCP is easier to use than Premiere, and I think that's what matters in practice. People can have endless Mac PC arguments

For your master, export in the format of your sequence, don't change anything. I don't know what format you've been editing in, but you should make a self contained Quicktime file with the current set

I don't know the answer, but there are various tests you can try. Trashing the prefs is always a good thing to do as a starter. Try playing the video direct from a drive and not through FCP. Does it p
