There is a top layer I want to take off of all the files (Picture safe lines) Also, any ideas in general for the workflow? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

how'd they do this? what software(coding) do i need to know to achieve these kind of results? i edit national commercials for some big agencies and i want to begin offering this as a service. Any advice would help. Thanks!
