You need a Dell M 6600 Laptop or equivalent with Premiere Pro and using the Mercury Engine, do not just use the normal software for effects. The PC and Premiere Pro with H.264 is very fast with Adobe

Skip that go Panasonic gh3. Video is far superior on it by far. If you can upgrade from the rebel then do it. The 6D is good and better than the t3i but so is the gh3 and you can get that used pretty

Ok thanks guys this all makes sense. Im getting a lens with a f stop of 1.4 in 3 days so maybe that will allow the best image. Its a vintage lens but its better than the nifty fifty and its sharper :)
