Hi Atticus, I just tried to replicate what you've been describing but found that the delete and delete all commands work fine for me. I'm running firmware CAM 1.09, ARM 1.05 and EEPROM 052 and using S

What settings did you use for going tot he m4v Very strange that a DVD (maximum of about 4.3GB) would result in a file 5 times that size. So sounds like some of your settings weren't right. An m4v fil

Trouble importing TIFF file
by Atticus Brady 11 years ago
Greetings, I took a frame from a piece of video in my Avid at work, exported it as a TIFF file at 720x486 so I could work with it in Motion at home, but Motion won't import the file. Neither will FCP.

Figured it out. Nothing wrong with the Tiff format. What I had done was create a one-frame subclip from a longer master clip and exported it as a TIFF file. I think the fact that it was only one frame

Turns out, the problem is not uncommon. Both Motion and FCP software had to be upgraded. The templates now work fine. The renders have improved significantly, though I have encountered another problem
