The pic isn't loading for me, but I would a shape layer stroke with trim paths usually does the trick. Duplicate the empty bar to create an alpha matte so the stroke fits in nicely.

You don't want to transcode to H.264. Not only was that the original recording codec, but by making those files smaller you did lose significant quality even if you can't immediately see it. Trust me,

Ashley: Here is my two cents. 1. Speed of card - will work fine. I run (home work) with UDMA 60MB s SanDisk cards. So you shouldn't have any issue with HD capture on this card from my experience. 2. S
