Hi there, the only way to do this is to copy the keframes for the pin you want to move, then delete the pin. Create a new pin where you want it to be and then paste the old keyframes into the new pin.

Hi there, I feel your pain, I'd love to be able to paint directly in the comp panel too. As a workaround you can duplicate a copy of your video and use that to paint on instead of using a solid layer.

If you change the layers' anchor points to the spots where you want the line to begin and end, you can use the Beam effect and pick-whip the effects start and stop coordinates to each layer's position
