You can add another stroke to the Contents of the shape, slightly thicker than the one you already have there. If you don't have a fill, the new stroke will show on both sides or the original stroke.

Hi Tom, Thx for the suggestion, but already tried that and everything else logical! In The end I had to unplug my secondary monitor, then it reverted to the default layout and I could finish my edit.

The only way I can think to do it would be to use a mograph multishader, setting up a layer for each clone and offsetting the start end times manually.

It's possible that it's a coincident face issue, but it's more likely a ray depth problem. Render Settings Options Ray Depth determines how many transparencies Cinema can see through. Try increaasing
