Understanding pixel aspect ratio export problems...I need some guidance!

Hello everyone! I'll try to be brief. 1) I exported a 1920x1080 .mov file from AE on square pixels and import it into FCP 7. 2) The timeline in FCP is 1440x1080 square pixels with anamorphic box check

You should set your sequence to match the settings coming out of after effects which is 1920x1080 square pixels. I would use prores 422 instead of jpeg for both your AE render and your fcp sequence se
