Hi Brian, You already know how to get a still out of QT so do that then open the image in Preview. Go to "Tools" "Adjust Size ..." and enter the dimensions of 720x405. This will NOT crop your picture

You're going into the 302 at mic level so set the receiver output to -20 not "0". "0" level into a mic input will cause major distortion issues. If you keep the levels on your 302 between "0" and +10
