I wrote that whole thing very quickly.. But I spaced various instances of the same comp in Z.. and then moved the null back and forth in Z.. Your layers are 2d layers so transform.position 2 would not

Maybe far from a "best practice" but precomping the whole thing and time remapping to adjust overall length can be significantly faster than adjusting keyframes on every single layer.

Opps, sorry. It's just Page Up and Page down for what you're asking. Hold alt option if you want to move the layer in the timeline one frame.

I suggest that you delete your Prefs to see if it'll sort out your issue - it's much faster than re-installing. Also, don't forget to Sign Out (Help Menu) prior to uninstalling. HTH RoRK Intensive moc

You can match up shadows pretty closely using a grey-ish solid set to a darkening blend mode like Multiply or Linear Burn. Apply a Hue Saturation filter to the solid, click colorize, and tweak the hue

I think that's just how RSMB works, cause it can't tell which pixels are actually moving underneath what.. I think the way to go would be to mask out the overlaying stucture.. using the object buffer
