I've been running mine for 3 weeks or so and it rocks. Super fast rendering. A lot of stuff that would cause my 2010 27" iMac to choke is no problem for this box. Mine is the top spec iMac with 32GB R
Where is the old "Frame Viewer" for colour correction?

I looked googled first but couldn't find how to have a frame viewer in FCPX - as I did in 7 - which I can load a previous edit, or In point to compare side-by-side with my current correction. How do I

I would not want a unified interface. I prefer the apps to be kept as individual apps rather than one big bloated app. Like Adobe CS5 which features Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect

Output only 4 channels of audio via SDI?

Re: Output only 4 channels of audio via SDI?

Nevermind. The client qualified the issue with their encoders. As long as the additional 4 channels are muted, the encoder will not crash. It is only when it is presented with 8 embedded channels that
